Regenerative design and circular economy principles are at the centre of a multi-storey mixed workspace and industrial concept that will add social, environmental and economic value to surrounding communities while boosting biodiversity, with reference to 15 Minute City methodology and UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The repurposing and construction will be used to educate about and showcase circularity, exploring modern methods of construction, and built for disassembly to provide flexible and adaptable space for green start-ups, micro-enterprises and organic retail growth.
