Retaining and adapting existing structures alongside six new buildings, the scheme delivers 30,000 square metres balancing workspace, residential, cultural venues and community facilities. A 2,500-square-metre network of characterful yards connects Brick Lane to surrounding streets, activated by retail, F&B and a market hall.
