It incorporates integrated lighting with bold black and white paving and raised grass seating areas to create a striking outdoor destination. The historic pond, a feature for over 100 years, has been enhanced through improved water quality and ecological value, stepped access, decked areas and outdoor dining adjacent to the water’s edge.
