Isabelle is Development Director at Muse and joined in 2019. Whilst at Muse, Isabelle has worked on a number of major mixed-use schemes in London, including securing planning for an 804 home, 50% affordable housing scheme in Canning Town, the delivery of the second phase of a 505-home scheme in Tottenham Hale and the delivery of 50% affordable homes project Stroudley Walk in Bromley-by-Bow. Isabelle has extensive experience in the preparation of development strategies, planning, viability assessments, assisting project management colleagues in construction procurement and the negotiation of legal documents such as Development Agreements.
