The NLA annual Housing Conference convenes leading experts and decision-makers each year from across the housing sector to examine the most significant challenges and opportunities in housing planning, delivery and impact at both local and national levels. 

 

The 2026 Housing Conference will focus on the development of effective partnership models and innovative funding mechanisms to mobilise investment and unlock delivery at scale. This conference forms part of the NLA’s ongoing housing research and programme of events following the launch of the ‘Homes for Londoners: A new agenda for public housing’ insight study, which explores the evolving role of the public sector in shaping the next cycle of housing.
