James Ennis is the Project Director for Grosvenor Britain & Ireland. James leads the programme of large development projects across the Grosvenor’s London estate in Mayfair and Belgravia. The projects that James manages, as part of the London estate development programme, range from £5m - £100m+, including the 100,000 sq.ft. new build over the Bond Street Cross Rail Station.
Before joining Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, James worked for Gardiner & Theobald LLP, Malcolm Hollis LLP and Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (TFT).
