Josh has been a cultural leader in the UK since moving from Canada to produce the outdoor entertainment at the Olympic Park for the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics.

From 2019 to 2023, he was the Cultural Director of Wembley Park, where he led on placemaking and cultural activations for the 85-acre neighbourhood. His successes at Wembley Park included long-term partnerships with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Punchdrunk Enrichment. Prior to Wembley Park, highlights of Josh’s career were producing Nesta’s FutureFest in 2015 and 2016, and collaborating with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, King's College London, The Roundhouse, and The Barbican.
