Nick Searl
Nick is joint Managing Partner of Argent and a Partner of Related Argent. Having spent almost 10 years working on King’s Cross, where his main priority was leading the commercial team dealing with the definition, strategy, leasing and management of the office and retail components, Nick now leads Related Argent ’s 10 million sq ft Brent Cross Town development in north London. 

Before joining Argent in late 2007, Nick worked with Chelsfield and European Land at Paddington Basin, where he delivered The Point and Waterside buildings for M&S and Orange respectively, and was also the development manager responsible for obtaining planning permission for the Merchant Square development. Prior to that, Nick spent almost 5 years working on large developments in the Far East. 
 
In addition to his corporate role Nick is also chairman of the trustees for the charity Club Peloton that organises the cycle rides to Mipim, Mapic and other industry events each year.
