Stephanie began her career with Turner & Townsend in 2011 as a Cost Manager in Newcastle, working across diverse sectors. She later moved to Manchester to support major capital programmes for Manchester City Council, before returning to the Northeast to lead a growing team and expand the student accommodation sector.

She became Cost Centre Lead in 2019 and unified the Newcastle and Teesside teams in 2020, building a high‑performing regional business. Promoted to Regions Lead in 2025, she now leads UK Cost Management, continuing a career defined by growth, collaboration, and lasting impact.
