Tall Buildings 2025

Half-day conference

Monday 17 March 2025
09:00 - 13:00

£169.00 (Excl. VAT)

Join us for NLA’s annual Tall Buildings update to hear insights and discuss trends impacting the commercial market and office tower delivery across the city.
This annual Tall Buildings update will present the latest data and include discussion on trends and comment on the direction of the commercial market and its impact on office tower delivery across the city.

The commercial and real estate market in the capital is adapting to the evolving needs of businesses and residents that fuel its growth. Office towers and tall buildings reflect the occupiers demands which continue to intensify across the city. Wellbeing, productivity and environmental credentials are integral to building good density, as well as considering the building’s wider contribution to the public realm surrounding it. As the focus shifts towards tenant-centric design, there is a greater emphasis on creating flexible office spaces that can accommodate a range of uses over time. How are tall buildings evolving to meet these changing demands?

The conference brings together professionals from across the built environment to analyse the latest data, insights, and market developments affecting the future of commercial Tall Buildings in London.
