London’s built environment sector is shaping cities far beyond the capital.

The Connected Capital exhibition, on display at The London Centre, explores how London-based architects, engineers, planners, developers and investors are delivering projects across the world, connecting expertise, investment and innovation to global city-making.

Through a curated selection of international projects delivered by London firms, the exhibition reveals how the capital has become a global hub for built environment expertise. From major infrastructure and regeneration projects to sustainable urban developments, the exhibition showcases the global reach and influence of London’s city-makers.

Visitors will discover how London’s built environment sector contributes significantly to the UK economy, generating £568bn in economic value, supporting 3.8 million jobs and driving around £168bn in exports, while helping shape the future of cities internationally.
