Housing Summit 2025 - Delegate Pack

Venue:
Livery Hall,
Guildhall,
London EC2V 7HH

The Housing Summit 2025, sponsored by Muse, will provide a crucial update on the housing sector across London, addressing new government targets with a focus on actionable solutions and strategies across delivery, partnerships, and investment.

As we enter 2025, a key priority for the government is driving economic growth by addressing London’s housing needs. The plan to build 1.5 million new homes aims to meet the city’s growing population and close the widening gap between housing supply and demand. To overcome challenges such as the need for more affordable homes, housing quality improvements, and evolving regulations, London is focusing on innovative solutions and strategic investments to ensure a sustainable and thriving housing market.

How can we accelerate house building and deliver quality? What schemes are already underway and what funding is needed to successfully deliver good, affordable and sustainable housing? How can we increase affordability? Where should we be investing to meet the demands of an increasing population?

The summit will outline the latest government policy changes in housing, including upcoming initiatives and regulations, followed by three dynamic sessions that tackle: Housing Delivery & Quality, Affordable Housing and Sustainable Investment & Partnerships

The sessions will explore how to meet growing housing demands while ensuring high standards of construction and sustainability, the urgent need for affordable housing solutions, the crucial roles of public and private sector collaboration and finally how strategic investments and cross-sector collaborations can drive long-term success in housing.

This will be a key moment to bring senior leaders across local government and the built environment together to influence the future of housing in London and shape an inclusive and resilient housing landscape for the new year.
