The conference brought together professionals from across the built environment to analyse the latest data, insights, and market developments affecting the future of commercial Tall Buildings in London.

The commercial and real estate market in the capital is adapting to the evolving needs of businesses and residents that fuel its growth. Office towers and tall buildings reflect the occupiers demands which continue to intensify across the city. Wellbeing, productivity and environmental credentials are integral to building good density, as well as considering the building’s wider contribution to the public realm surrounding it. As the focus shifts towards tenant-centric design, there is a greater emphasis on creating flexible office spaces that can accommodate a range of uses over time. How are tall buildings evolving to meet these changing demands?
