Oliver Bayliss is a Director at Buckley Gray Yeoman whose projects include the 52,000 sqft redevelopment of Panagram on London’s Goswell Road for Dorrington plc (completed 2020), and the ongoing development of a 146,000sqft mixed-use scheme at 114-150 Hackney Road for Regal London. In Europe, he recently completed Ancora 40 - a 74,500 sqft mixed-use scheme which has created a ‘creative campus’ in central Madrid with landscaped spaces and Pre-LEED Gold Certification and was fully let upon completion, and he is currently leading the development of Skylight, a large new-build 260,000 sqft €35m commercial scheme in Madrid.
