Winner of the New London Awards 2020 'unbuilt' Conserving Prize. The restoration of 950-seat theatre, on behalf of Waltham Forest Council, will restore the historic and Grade II* EMD cinema on Hoe Street to a live performance venue with a focus on comedy and community.
