Alia has over 22 years’ of experience in architecture and interior design. Alia has a unique holistic approach to design, combining science and aesthetics, with an understanding that in order to deliver the optimum result, design has to be experiential as well as directly orientated to its objectives. Since joining HOK in 2023, Alia has been leading the interior design of several projects within the science and technology and commercial sectors, including the new interdisciplinary research building for University of Glasgow, Gilead MiroBio Lab and Kirkland & Ellis HQ.
