Mark is Waterman’s National Lead for Transport Planning and champions the Transport Futures approach to development and land promotion, including emerging technologies. He has delivered several multi-million-pound public realm and public transport infrastructure projects across London and the South-East for local and regional authorities. Prior to Waterman, Mark worked in both the private and public sectors, including Transport for London and LB Enfield.  He was involved in the launch of the Congestion Charging Scheme and also represented Enfield on major regeneration and master-planning proposals, including Meridian Water. Mark is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation.
