Toby is an Associate within WSP’s Development business and is the technical lead for WSP’s global research project into connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs).

With valuable international experience spanning the UK, Southeast Asia and Caucasus regions, Toby is passionate about ensuring we are proactive in capturing the placemaking benefits from a future with CAVs.
