Opportunity London is a new initiative promoting sustainable investment into real estate, regeneration and green infrastructure across London’s boroughs and communities. London continues to be one of the most attractive places in the world to invest, and is uniquely placed to support international capital seeking well-governed and long-term

environmental, social and commercial returns in a post-Covid, post-Carbon world.

 

Bringing all the London boroughs together along with key private sector developers and investors, four panel sessions will focus on London’s opportunities for long-term recovery through sustainable investment. What is the long-term role of the Central Activity Zone (CAZ) and how can we ensure it remains vibrant? How can we create thriving neighbourhoods and revitalised highstreets that are inclusive for all? How can we deliver the quantity of affordable housing that is needed while achieving quality design and meeting net zero targets? What opportunities are innovation districts and new industries bringing to a global London? How will this drive the UK’s future growth and productivity in science, technology, and innovation? 

 

There will be focused networking opportunities at our ‘meet the boroughs’ sessions with representatives from across London to discuss key investment opportunities and the priorities most pertinent to each borough.
