This 1960s house in Primrose Hill is one of only two detached properties in a Modernist estate. Our proposal removes unsympathetic alterations whilst creating open-plan living spaces internally.

Stone House

Built

This listed building was renovated with the rear extension designed as a stone pavilion. Agglomerate stone forms a plinth upon which limestone piers rise, forming the structure of the extension.

Low Energy House

Built

An Edwardian terrace in Muswell Hill was extended and refurbished to create a comfortable, low energy house. The original structure of the house was revealed, its modest beauty celebrated.
