We are a new and dynamic architectural partnership. The company was launched in May 2021. The design partners have between them 80 years of experience in designing and delivering buildings in London, Europe and worldwide. The offices are based in Smithfield in the heart of London, together with our parent company we currently have twelve staff. We have a fully cloud based computer system which allows us to work remotely through the Coronavirus pandemic and deliver an efficient service to our clients. Our parent company WILL+Partners has been trading for three years with a strong turnover. 

Our expertise is in obtaining planning permission for complex and sensitive sites which require a focused approach. At DC3, we are very familiar with working with planning officers, design review panels, Historic England, a variety of local stakeholders and public consultations. We believe that this approach results in developments which have active frontages, an enhanced public realm, additional permeability, buildings of high quality and the highest standards of sustainability. We do not have any particular stylistic pre-occupations - each of our buildings is a unique response to the site, brief and an intense design development process. Many of the developments that we have been involved with have been award winning schemes.

We have a deep knowledge of a number of specialised sectors these are Science and Technology buildings, commercial office buildings, residential buildings, retail buildings, education, museums and cultural buildings. We are members of a number of professional organisations such as the British Council for Offices and we regularly give lectures and submit papers to these organisations.
