New London Architecture

W.RE are a team of London focused commercial property specialists creating value for investors, occupiers, and the wider community by identifying investment opportunities that improve the spaces we work, play and live in. Our projects range from ground-up development to repositioning of existing buildings through to active asset management of properties across core and emerging locations in London. We have a track record in identifying and improving sites that are in prominent, constrained and densely populated locations. We work in partnership with stakeholders and the local community celebrating London’s heritage while unlocking each building’s potential.
We have a number of really exciting projects at the moment, such as the Arding and Hobbs building in Clapham Junction, which was given the green light for a mixed use development that will help restore this iconic Grade II listed building, a part of Battersea’s heritage since 1910. Other projects we are working on include the re-development of Willcox House in Borough Highstreet, a sensitive restoration of three 18th century Grade II listed town houses in Mayfair and a placemaking mixed-use development thatre-imagines an entire 1.2-acre city block located between Kings Cross and Camden Town, in the heart of London’s emerging Knowledge Quarter.
Many more of our projects can be viewed on our website –
It is our belief in the coming months we will see the market continue to change with mixed-use developments likely to become the lifeblood of cities in the new world. We are delighted to be involved with the NLA and likeminded industry colleagues, contributing to the important work they do and playing our part in helping to redefine the future of London’s built environment.
