NLA Awards 2025 Shortlist Revealed

Wednesday 20 August 2025

We are delighted to announced the 2025 NLA Awards Shortlist. Supported by the Mayor of London, the NLA Awards celebrate the people, places and projects shaping a better London. Aligned with the New London Agenda, these projects contribute to a city of Equity, Sustainability and Prosperity.

Judged by an esteemed international panel of leading figures in architecture, planning and design, winners of the NLA Awards will be presented at a prestigious lunch hosted in the Great Hall of the Guildhall.

New categories this year will recognise the people that embody the values of the New London Agenda. From ‘Team of the Year’, ‘Borough of the Year’, and ‘Partnership of the Year’, we’re celebrating the people who demonstrate a commitment to taking responsibility, providing clarity and building trust across London’s built environment.

Awards Lunch

The winners of the NLA Awards 2025 will be announced at a special lunch at Guildhall on Thursday 20 November. More than 650 of the capital’s leading decision-makers and professionals across development, design, planning and construction will be coming together to hear the announcement. The lunch will also feature an address from the New Londoner of the Year and the presentation of the Mayor's Prize.
